On 21st July I was principal tenant of 3rd floor of Lai Chi Kok Road.
Im Chun occupied rear cubicle with a giri Keung Sau Lin.
They were there about two weeks from 6th July.
Im Yau Span occupied middle cubicle.
I occupied verandah and Im Mei slept on verandan also, also Im
Himi..
Shortly before im Chun's death a man surnamed Keung came to see the girl Keung.
It was about two days before the death.
On night of 20th July I went to bed about 11 p.m.
I heard Keung screaming and I wakened up.
I also heard the smashing of a bowl.
I got up and called to my nephew Yim lui to open the door.
I had a lamp lit and on the floor I saw In Chun lying dead.
Police came shortly after and we got the door open.
There is a bamboo fence separating 211 from 213.
Next morning it was bent.
The previous day it was quite upright and straight.

When the door was broken open i saw that Im Chun had hand- kerchief in his hand.
It may have been a towell.
On 18th July about 8 a‚m. a man nard Keung came to our floor. I didn't see the man again.
On 19th July I was at home between 8 and 9 a.m. and between
9 and 4 p.m.
I wasn't asleep.
No stranger came to my premices then.
On morning of 17th July I was at home between 9 and 11 a.m. Nobody came there then.
